Rights on PrintVeld

Contributors retain ownership of their work. A model’s displayed licence controls permitted reuse; a credit or source link alone is not permission to reproduce a photograph or file. Only submit content you created or are licensed to share. Include creator credit and the correct licence for remixes. Brand names and third-party links are used to identify the subject and do not imply endorsement.

Report a rights concern

Send a private report to zuidersmainnovations@gmail.com with the PrintVeld page or file URL, the work and right involved, your relationship to the rights holder, supporting source or ownership details, the action requested and a way to contact you. Anyone may flag a concern; do not repost the disputed material publicly or send unnecessary identity documents.

For a formal notice under section 77 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, include the complainant’s full names and address, written or electronic signature, identification of the allegedly infringed right and material/activity, the remedy requested, telephone and electronic contact details, a good-faith statement and a statement that the information is true and correct to your knowledge. These details are handled privately. The operator may need further contact information to handle a formal notice.

How we respond

We log and assess the complaint, acknowledge it where contact details are available, and may hide or restrict material while checking rights or seeking a contributor response. We may remove material or suspend repeat infringers. We explain the outcome where appropriate and provide a route to request review. There is no guarantee that every reported item is unlawful; a report and a licence must be assessed on their facts. Do not make knowingly false claims.

This process does not claim that PrintVeld is a registered industry-association member or qualifies for every statutory intermediary limitation of liability. Urgent threats, exploitation or criminal activity should also be reported to the appropriate authorities.

News photographs and illustrations

News photographs carry source credits and the applicable licence or press-kit basis. Archive and reference photos are labelled to distinguish them from newly announced products or challenge entries. Creative Commons ShareAlike photographs and their resized WebP versions retain the stated ShareAlike licence. PrintVeld illustrations are original visual explanations labelled as illustrations. Third-party product photographs and screenshots are used only where a reuse basis has been recorded. Public image credits and licences are recorded in the news media register. Model preview rights and attribution remain tied to their model source and licence.

Jean Martin Zuidersma operates PrintVeld as an individual in South Africa. PrintVeld is the platform name, rather than a separate registered company.
